Ich habe soben Weisse nahegelegt, auch Sie (wie z.B. Prof. Violin , Hamburg , Prof. Oppel , Kiel-Leipzig ) zum Vortrag einzuladen. Violin kommt bestimmt hin, vielleicht können auch Sie sich dort zeigen? — 2

Wer ist H. Stürmer , in Duisburg dessen „offenen Brief“ an P. Hindemith ich gestern zufällig im Oktoberheft der „Musik“ gefunden habe? Sehr kräftig u. wirksam. 3

Im Novemberheft bekennt sich Einer zur „Urlinie“, versteht sie aber nicht. 4 {recto} Es braucht noch eine Weile.

I have just suggested to Weisse that he invite you, too, along with Professor Violin in Hamburg and Professor Oppel in Kiel and Leipzig, to the lecture. Violin will definitely be coming; perhaps you too can also show yourself there? 2

Who is this Mr. Stürmer from Duisburg , whose "open letter" to Paul Hindemith I happened to read in the October issue of Die Musik ? Very strong and effective. 3

In the November issue, someone confesses his allegiance to the Urlinie without, however, understanding it. 4 {recto} This will take a while longer.
