Die Taktik mich mit Kleinigkeiten zu verpflichten schlug fehl: ich lehnte ab einen Vortrag in seinem Salon zu halten, als auch eine Vorrede zu einer etwaigen Neu-Auflage des Lenz’schen Buches ² zu schreiben. Die kleine Bibliothek ließ er von sich abgleiten.
